Six-Week Course hosted on the following Fridays: March 5, 12, 19, 26 & April 2, 9 10:00-11:15 AM

Basic Overview of the Course-

Week 1: Establishing a Daily Practice Week 2: Working with Anxiety & Panic Week 3: Working with Worry Week 4: Finding Your Value Week 5: Strengthening Communication Week 6: Developing Radiance
