Join Emily for a 6 week course that will lead participants through a journey of slowing down, tuning in, listening and moving forward with calming & grounding practices for managing anxiety. The framework for this course will largely follow the practices of yoga & CBT from Julie Greiner-Ferris, LICS

Week 1: Establishing a Daily Practice Week 2: Working with Anxiety & Panic Week 3: Working with Worry Week 4: Finding Your Value Week 5: Strengthening Communication Week 6: Developing Radiance
